13. Thinking That It Will Closing in 30 or 45 days

It might be a beneficial sometimes when buying a property where you want to rehab in 6 months later and you have no rush on purchasing it,  working  at your job, saving money etc. Remember in 6 months the proeprty should be worth more than previously. Around 2-3% per year, depends where and what kind of.
